We can not and will not be held responsible for any damage caused to any modifications, we are a file service, it is up to you the customer to make sure the vehicle is able to handle the extra power, all our software is within the safety limits of the manufacture. We can not guarantee better MPG on any file or vehicle, MPG depends on the style of driving. We will not edit any file after 90 days this is down to our discretion Elite Tuning Ltd do not accept liability for any mechanical or electrical failure (or part failure) after the performance software (remap) has been installed. Elite Tuning will not be held liable for any emission control bypass software used on the public highway, these vehicles must continue to comply to Euro emissions standards. This Service is entirely at the user own risk, we will not be held responsible for misuse, clone tools & inexperience, writing of this data should only be carried out by professionals.
No refund Policy
Refunds will only be authorised if the file we have supplied is found to be faulty and only then if we are notified on the same day. Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:
1 Non-payment from your customer
2 If your customer is selling the car
3 If your customer has not returned from the test drive
4 If you have used a clone tool which then won’t apply the correct checksum
5 Mistaken read file upload to Elite Tuning Ltd
6 File upload during out of office hours and being unable to wait for a return
A false request for a refund will result in immediate exclusion from our website and services.

Payments, Refunds and PayPal Policy
The following payment options are available to you in our shop, PayPal & Stripe.
You can pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. You must already be registered there or complete registration, identify yourself with your login details and confirm your payment instruction to us. Further information is available when ordering. As a result of our Refund policy (see below), you will abstain from any Paypal refund claim. Stripe You can pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider Stripe.
